Cole should be here today his life was cut short because a PBM made his life-saving asthma inhaler unaffordable. After suffering a severe asthma attack and irreversible brain damage, his parents, Bil and Shanon, were forced to say goodbye.

After learning Cole’s story Dan Stause, a former public accountant, realized the crisis went beyond numbers—it was personal. Now, as the Patient Advocate Auditor, Dan partners with families, pharmacists, and employers to hold PBMs accountable and fight for the patients they hurt.
